New Delhi: Realty firm Brigade Enterprises Ltd on Thursday reported a 28 per cent increase in its consolidated net profit to Rs 218.82 crore in the quarter ended September, despite a fall in revenue.
Its net profit stood at Rs 170.82 crore in the year-ago period.
Total income dropped to Rs 1,249.99 crore in the second quarter of this fiscal from Rs 1,429.86 crore in the corresponding period of the preceding year, according to a regulatory filing.
Pavitra Shankar, Managing Director of Brigade Enterprises, said, “Q2 FY27 has been a positive quarter for Brigade Group, with healthy momentum across our businesses.”
“Residential continues to drive growth, underpinned by sustained demand and a strong project pipeline.
