The dividend is paid as part of the company’s 30th year celebrations. The dividend is 200% (₹20 per share on a face value of ₹10). The total payout has already been notified (₹62.26 crore). The record date for the dividend is October 6, and it will be paid within 30 days of the declaration.

The company has consistently rewarded its shareholders in the past with regular dividend payments. However, the range remains between ₹1 and ₹ 2 per share, on the face value of ₹10. However, during the current year, the company paid a regular dividend of ₹ 4 and a special payout of ₹20 per share, making it the highest payout for shareholders in the company’s history.

With the latest payouts, shareholders are set to receive ₹24 per share in 2025 alone (₹20 special + ₹4 interim), a significant increase from the company’s historic average.
