Mumbai, June 15: Horizon Reclaim (India)’s initial public offering (IPO) continued to attract strong investor interest on the second day of bidding. As of 10:59:43 AM on Monday, the ₹54.27 crore SME issue had been subscribed 28.13 times overall, driven largely by robust demand from the non-institutional investor (NII) segment and steady participation from retail investors. 

The book-built issue opened for subscription on June 12 and is scheduled to close on June 16. Horizon Reclaim (India) plans to raise ₹54.27 crore through a fresh issue of 52.69 lakh equity shares. The price band has been fixed at ₹98-₹103 per share.

According to exchange data available at 10:59:43 AM on June 15, 2026, the IPO had received bids for 9.85 crore shares against 35.04 lakh shares available for subscription, translating into an overall subscription of 28.13 times.

The NII portion remained the most sought-after category during the session, while the retail segment also witnessed substantial demand. Bidding from qualified institutional buyers was largely absent at the reported time. 

Horizon Reclaim (India) Ltd., incorporated in 2006, manufactures reclaimed rubber produced from recycled rubber materials including used tyres, rubber tubes, tread peelings and industrial scrap. Its product portfolio includes natural rubber reclaim, synthetic rubber reclaim and crumb rubber used across automotive, construction, footwear and industrial applications. 

According to the company’s disclosed financials, total income increased to ₹50.01 crore in FY26 from ₹36.39 crore in FY25, while profit after tax rose to ₹10.50 crore from ₹7.07 crore during the same period.
