Pune, July 9, 2025 – Sintercom India Ltd (NSE: SINTERCOM) gained 2.11% in early trade to touch ₹127.95 after the company signed a contract manufacturing licensing agreement with Horizon Technology Inc., a U.S.-based firm specializing in powder metallurgy solutions.

The announcement, made via an exchange filing under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, detailed the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on July 8, 2025. Under the five-year agreement, Sintercom will have exclusive rights to manufacture and supply Soft Magnetic Composite (SMC) stators and components for electric motors designed by Horizon for automotive and industrial applications.
