Mumbai August 26: Indo Thai Securities, TCC Concept and Arihant Superstructures recorded the biggest increases in trading activity compared with their one-week average volumes as of 12:25 PM IST.

Indo Thai Securities Sees Biggest Volume Spike

Indo Thai Securities recorded 2.99 crore shares in volume, compared with a one-week average of 47,715 shares, taking its trading activity to 627.31 times the average. The stock was down 5% at ₹51.16 and was also among the lower price-band hitters in the exchange data.

TCC Concept recorded 37.04 lakh shares, or 55.74 times its one-week average, while Arihant Superstructures saw 2.45 lakh shares traded, equivalent to 54.81 times its average.

Top Volume Gainers

Dhunseri Tea & Industries recorded 4.40 lakh shares in volume, about 28 times its one-week average, while Oriental Aromatics traded 2.15 lakh shares, or 23.14 times its average.

Dhunseri Tea was up 19.99% at ₹183.22, while Oriental Aromatics gained 11.18% to ₹388.40. The contrast was sharper in Indo Thai Securities, where the unusually high volume came alongside a 5% decline.

The Indo Thai Securities share price stood at ₹51.16 as of 12:25 PM IST, according to the exchange data.

Volume Activity Widens Across Selected Stocks

The volume data shows that trading participation increased sharply in a handful of counters rather than across the broader market. Indo Thai Securities was the clear outlier, with its volume running more than 600 times the one-week average.

TCC Concept and Arihant Superstructures also recorded unusually high activity relative to their recent averages, while Dhunseri Tea & Industries and Oriental Aromatics combined stronger price gains with elevated participation.

Conclusion
