Marico Q1 Net Profit Up 27% to Rs 652 Cr on Strong Volume Growth in Domestic Market

New Delhi: Homegrown FMCG firm Marico Ltd on Tuesday reported a 27 per cent rise in consolidated net profit to Rs 652 crore in the June quarter of FY27, on a year-on-year basis, led by strong volume growth in the domestic market.
The company had posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 513 crore in the corresponding April-June quarter of the previous fiscal, Marico Ltd said in a regulatory filing.
Its revenue from operations was up 22.85 per cent at Rs 3,957 crore in the June quarter of FY27. It was at Rs 3,221 crore in the corresponding period a year ago.
The company, which owns brands such as Saffola, Parachute, Livon, etc has “strong all-round performance” in the June quarter, with “India delivers multi-quarter high volume growth,” it said.
Total Expenses of Marico were at Rs 3,215 crore in the June quarter of FY27, up 22.66 per cent.
Marico’s revenue from the domestic market was at Rs 3,003 crore, up 21 per cent in the first quarter of FY27.
Its revenue was up 29.26 per cent at Rs 954 crore in the June quarter.
Marico’s total income, which includes other income, was at Rs 4,005 crore, up 22.21 per cent.
