Mumbai, March 18: GSP Crop Science IPO, a book-built issue of ₹400 crore, opened for subscription on March 16, 2026 and closed on March 18, 2026. The price band for the issue was fixed at ₹304 to ₹320 per share.

The offering comprised a fresh issue of 0.75 crore shares aggregating ₹240 crore and an offer for sale of 0.50 crore shares aggregating ₹160 crore. The shares are proposed to be listed on BSE and NSE.
