New Delhi, July 24, 2025 — APL Apollo Tubes Ltd (NSE: APLAPOLLO | BSE: 533758) has reported strong consolidated financial performance for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 (Q1FY26), posting double-digit year-on-year growth in revenue and profit, alongside a healthy operational margin profile.
Financial Highlights – Q1FY26 (Consolidated)
- Revenue from operations stood at ₹5,169.77 crore in Q1 FY26, showing a 3.9% year-on-year (YoY) growth, though it declined 6.2% sequentially (QoQ) from ₹5,508.60 crore.
- Total income rose to ₹5,195.34 crore, up 3.9% YoY, but down 6.3% QoQ compared to the previous quarter.
- Total expenses increased modestly to ₹4,885.39 crore, reflecting a 2.9% YoY rise, and a 5.8% decline QoQ.
- Profit before tax (PBT) came in at ₹309.95 crore, marking a strong 23% YoY growth, although down 13.6% QoQ from ₹358.73 crore.
- Profit after tax (PAT) rose to ₹237.17 crore, up 22.8% YoY, but saw a 19.1% decline QoQ.
- Total comprehensive income for the quarter was ₹255.95 crore, an increase of 28.7% YoY, though slightly down by 4.8% QoQ.
- Earnings per share (EPS) for Q1 FY26 stood at ₹8.55 (basic) and ₹8.54 (diluted), improving from ₹6.96 in Q1 FY25, but lower than ₹10.56 in the previous quarter.
Profitability Drivers
- Operating margins expanded year-on-year due to improved cost controls and lower volatility in raw material prices.
- Employee benefit expenses remained steady, while depreciation increased marginally to ₹54.36 crore.
- Finance cost was at ₹33.26 crore, reflecting prudent debt management amid rising interest rates.

- Total tax outgo stood at ₹72.78 crore, including ₹67.22 crore as current tax and ₹5.56 crore as deferred tax.
- Other income declined to ₹25.57 crore in Q1FY26 from ₹34.92 crore in Q4FY25.
Earnings and Capital
- The company maintained a steady paid-up equity share capital of ₹55.51 crore (₹2 FV per share).
- Other equity as of the end of FY25 was ₹4,153.21 crore.
