Arihant Foundations Posts Rs. 11.5 Crore Profit in March Quarter

Arihant Foundations & Housing Ltd has reported the results for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 (Q4 FY25), showcasing a significant year-on-year growth in revenue and profit, supported by strong operational momentum and pre-leased commercial developments.
Q4 FY25 Financial Highlights
- Revenue: ₹74.4 crore, up from ₹47.4 crore in Q4 FY24, marking a 56.8% YoY growth
- EBITDA: ₹23.9 crore, sharply higher than ₹6.8 crore in the same period last year
- Profit Before Tax (PBT): ₹14.2 crore, compared to ₹3.8 crore in Q4 FY24
- Profit After Tax (PAT): ₹11.5 crore, surging from ₹1.2 crore YoY
Full-Year FY25 Performance
- Annual Revenue: ₹221.4 crore vs ₹135.7 crore in FY24
- EBITDA: ₹79.7 crore, up from ₹37.5 crore
- PAT: ₹42.7 crore, more than tripling from ₹13.5 crore
This strong performance was underpinned by high-value project executions and a focus on joint development models which made up 95% of its portfolio.
Operational Performance
- Q4 FY25 Sales Value: ₹158.9 crore
- Area Sold: 1.18 lakh sq ft
- Realization: ₹13,422 per sq ft
- A key highlight for the quarter was the pre-lease of 80,000 sq ft of commercial office space in Guindy, even before development began.
For The Full Fiscal Year:
- Sales Value: ₹401 crore vs ₹381 crore in FY24
- Area Sold: 3.3 lakh sq ft vs 3.17 lakh sq ft
- Average Realization: ₹12,131/sq ft, marginally higher than ₹12,028/sq ft in FY24.
Ongoing Projects
Arihant is currently executing 2.96 million sq ft across 15+ projects, including residential, commercial, senior housing, and plotted developments.
Notable projects include:
- Hilton, Guindy: 3 lakh sq ft commercial space
- Swarang, ECR: 5.5 lakh sq ft senior housing project
- Equitas Tower, Saidapet: 1.73 lakh sq ft commercial
- Arihant Miraya, Besant Nagar and Chirag, Poes Garden in the luxury residential segment.
Strategic Outlook
Looking ahead, the company has outlined a roadmap to:
- 5X revenue growth in 5 years
- Expand its commercial footprint
- Drive organized redevelopment in Chennai
- Leverage strong demand for GCC offices and senior housing
- Explore new markets like Bangalore
