Management Commentary

Neeraj J Chandra, Managing Director, stated in the filing, “Despite challenges in EV L3 segment, our IC engine products continue to see healthy traction both domestically and in exports. Our focus remains on balancing conventional and electric product lines to optimize customer reach and performance.”

Outlook

While EV L3 demand softened, the sustained growth in IC engine segment and improving performance in EV-L5 positions Atul Auto to consolidate gains in rural and semi-urban mobility segments. The company’s diversification into electric through its subsidiary Atul Greentech also reflects its future-readiness, albeit with some near-term variability.
