Mumbai, April 20: The ₹1,105 crore Citius Transnet InvIT IPO, structured as a book-built issue, entered its second day of bidding with gradual pickup in demand. The issue, which opened on April 17, 2026, is entirely a fresh issuance of 11.05 crore shares and is priced in the band of ₹99 to ₹100 per share. Subscription will remain open until April 21, 2026.

As of 2:32 PM on April 20, 2026, the Citius Transnet InvIT IPO was subscribed 1.21 times. Demand showed a noticeable step-up from the opening day, supported largely by non-institutional investors. Institutional participation, however, continued to build at a slower pace.
