Company Overview

Monarch Surveyors and Engineering Consultants Ltd, based in Pune and incorporated in 1999, is a prominent infrastructure consultancy firm. Its services include geospatial surveys, engineering design, DPR preparation, land acquisition services, and project management consultancy. The company serves multiple state and central agencies, including MSRDCPMC, and NHAI, and was recognized among the Top 10 Engineering Consultants in India by Industry Outlook.

Considerations for Retail Investors

  • Aggressive oversubscription—slightly more than 92× in retail—means many applicants will receive low allotment ratios.
  • High entry amount—₹3 lakh minimum—underscores the importance of careful allocation and backup bidding.

What’s Next?

The IPO closes on Thursday, July 24, 2025, at 5:00 PM. The allotment is expected to be finalised by July 25, with refunds and demat credit slated for July 28. The stock is scheduled to list on the BSE SME platform on July 29.

With one day remaining for subscription, the IPO of Monarch Surveyors has already surpassed expectations, driven by overwhelming participation from retail and HNI investors. The final day of bidding is expected to see continued traction, especially from institutional buyers.
