These include some leading names from finance, manufacturing, electric mobility, and coworking sectors preparing to raise capital. From Tata Capital’s massive ₹17,200 crore offer to niche listings like Smartworks and GK Energy, July is expected to be one of the most active IPO periods in recent memory.

Tata Capital’s ₹17,200 Cr IPO to Test Investor Appetite in Financial Sector

Tata Capital is poised an IPO, valued at ₹17,200 crore. Approved by SEBI in June 2025, this offering follows a confidential DRHP submission in April. The issue is likely to serve as a key indicator of investor sentiment toward large-scale financial service listings.

Hero FinCorp Plans Dual-Tranche Issue Worth ₹3,668 Cr

Hero FinCorp is set to raise a total of ₹3,668 crore, comprising a fresh issue of ₹2,100 crore and an OFS of ₹1,568 crore. The proceeds are expected to support business expansion and enable partial exits by existing shareholders.

NSDL to Launch ₹3,421.6 Cr IPO Through Pure OFS
