Established in 1994, Dar Credit and Capital Limited (DCCL) is an NBFC offering Personal Loans, Unsecured MSME Loans, and Secured MSME Loans. It primarily supports low-income individuals in class-four jobs and small vendors, with a focus on women entrepreneurs. As of September 30, 2024, DCCL operated in 35 locations across seven Indian states. Its loan portfolio included 44.46% personal loans, 40.12% micro loans, 2.65% unsecured SME loans, and 12.76% secured MSME loans. By November 2024, it employed 223 people.
Dar Credit and Capital IPO is a book-built issue of ₹25.66 crores, comprising a fresh issue of 42.76 lakh shares. The IPO opens for subscription on May 21, 2025, and closes on May 23, 2025, with allotment expected on May 26, 2025. The shares are proposed to be listed on NSE SME, tentatively on May 28, 2025. The price band is fixed at ₹57 to ₹60 per share. Retail investors must apply for a minimum lot of 2,000 shares, requiring an investment of ₹1,14,000, though bidding at the cutoff price of ₹60 is advised to avoid oversubscription, raising the amount to ₹1,20,000.
