  • Volume Growth: Steady YoY growth across 2W, 3W, and 4W segments
  • Exports: Moderately declined in Q4, but recovery is anticipated

Other Businesses

  • Q4 Revenue: ₹1,571 Mn (↑ from ₹1,177 Mn YoY)
  • FY25 Revenue: ₹5,012 Mn (↓ from ₹5,223 Mn YoY)

Operational Highlights

  • New Energy Business: Growth in EV charger volumes with localised 2W/3W products. Stationary lithium-ion demand is rising, especially in telecom.
  • Export Market: Contributed ~13% of revenue; presence in 60+ countries, with an aim to reach 80+ by FY30.
    • Phase I of the lead-acid battery recycling plant (Cheyyar, TN) commenced production in Dec 2024
    • Tubular battery plant to start in Q1 FY26
    • 16 GWh Li-ion Giga Cell facility under construction. The company expects Phase I (4 GWh) operations in FY26
