CAMS Invests ₹4 Crore in Wholly Owned Subsidiary CAMS FIS

Chennai, September 25, 2025: Computer Age Management Services Ltd (CAMS) (NSE: CAMS, BSE: 543232) today made an additional investment of ₹4 crore in its wholly owned subsidiary, CAMS Financial Information Services Pvt Ltd (CAMS FIS). The infusion, which is part of the ₹8 crore capital limit approved by the board in December 2024, has been made today.
Purpose of the Investment
The company clarified that the money was utilized for fulfilling the regulatory mandate of having a minimum net worth of ₹2 crore for the Account Aggregator entities. CAMS FIS is a player in the NBFC-Account Aggregator segment, which facilitates the secure transmission of customers’ financial asset information from financial information providers to approved financial information users.
Stock Market Performance
On September 25, 2025, CAMS shares closed at ₹3,873.50 on the NSE, down ₹9.60 or 0.25 percent on the day. The stock opened at ₹3,881.70 and rose to an intraday high of ₹3,944.90 before falling to a low of ₹3,857.10. CAMS now has a market capitalization of ₹19,170 crore, a price-to-earnings ratio of 40.75 and a dividend yield of 1.14 percent. In the last 52 weeks, the company’s stock traded at a high of ₹5,367.50 and a low of ₹3,031.05. The firm also provides a quarterly dividend of ₹11.04 per share.
Financial Performance of CAMS FIS
CAMS FIS has posted strong growth over the last three fiscal years. Its turnover increased from ₹2.66 lakh during FY 2022-23 to ₹68.01 lakh during FY 2023-24, before rising further to ₹148.14 lakh during FY 2024-25. The subsidiary continues to be owned by CAMS in its entirety after this recent infusion of funding.
