Fractal Analytics made its stock market debut today, listing at ₹876 per share on the NSE, reflecting a 2.67% discount to its issue price of ₹900. On the BSE, the stock listed at ₹900, at par with the issue price.

Following the listing, the shares were trading at ₹863.00 on the NSE at 10:39 AM IST, down ₹37.00 or 4.11% from the issue price, according to exchange data. On the BSE, the stock was trading at ₹863.70, down ₹36.30 or 4.03%.

The listing follows the completion of the company’s ₹2,840 crore initial public offering, which was subscribed 2.81 times by the close of bidding on February 11, 2026.

Issue Breakup and Share Details

The public issue combined a fresh issue of 11,441,751 equity shares, raising about ₹1,029.76 crore, along with an offer for sale of 20,115,554 shares amounting to ₹1,810.40 crore. Put together, the total issue size amounted to 31,557,305 shares worth ₹2840 crores.

Fractal Analytics IPO price band was set at ₹900 per share. The lot size for an application was 16. The minimum amount of investment required by a retail investor was ₹14,400 (16 shares) (based on the upper price)8

There was also an employee reservation of up to 736,196 shares, offered at a ₹85 discount to the issue price. Each equity share carries a face value of ₹1.

The lot size was fixed at 16 shares, amounting to a minimum retail application amount of ₹14,400 for investors bidding at the upper end of the price band.

Subscription Recap

By the end of bidding on February 11, the IPO saw mixed interest across categories. Qualified Institutional Buyers, excluding anchor investors, subscribed 4.41 times, while retail individual investors subscribed 1.10 times.

In the Non-Institutional Investors segment, overall subscription stood at 1.11 times, with the bNII portion being subscribed 1.24 times, while the sNII at 0.86 times. The employee quota was subscribed 0.65 times. Anchor investors were fully subscribed.

Timeline and Intermediaries

The IPO opened for subscription on February 9 and closed on February 11, 2026. The basis of allotment was finalised on February 12, with refunds and credit of shares to demat accounts completed a day later, on February 13.

On the advisory side, Kotak Mahindra Capital Company was the book-running lead manager for the issue. MUFG Intime India acted as the registrar.

The issue price was fixed at ₹900 per share, with a face value of ₹1 per equity share and a lot size of 16 shares.
