Mumbai, August 11, 2025: Jyoti Structures Limited (NSE: JYOTISTRUC, BSE: 513250) has announced a new order valued at ₹639 crore (excluding GST). The contract is for the execution of 765 kV and 400 kV transmission line projects in India on a turnkey EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) basis. The projects are slated for completion within 12 to 15 months.

On 11th August, 9:55 a.m. the stock price is up by 3.11%, trading at Rs 17.25.

Jyoti Structures Limited is a Mumbai-based global EPC contractor specialising in the power transmission and distribution sector. The company trades on the NSE and BSE under the ticker symbols JYOTISTRUC and 513250, respectively. It is a seasoned EPC player in the power transmission and distribution sector, handling projects up to 765 kV & 800 kV AC and HVDC transmission lines as well as 765 kV substations. However, the company’s Profit Before Tax (PBT) showed substantial growth, increasing by 156.04% to ₹12.29 crore. Operating Profit also rose to ₹12.7 crore from ₹6.7 crore in the same quarter last year, with the operating profit margin increasing to 7.69%. For the full financial year (FY25), the company reported strong growth, with net profit rising by 23.34% to ₹35.57 crore and revenue from operations increasing by 10.29% to ₹497.83 crore. As of April 1, 2025, the company’s opening order book was over ₹1,900 crore. It is also important to note that the company experienced a net cash outflow from operating activities of ₹177.29 crore in FY25, a significant change from the ₹19.48 crore outflow in FY24.
