Krystal Integrated Wins ₹168 Crore Sanitation Contract with Andhra Pradesh DME; Stock Climbs 2%

Mumbai, September 16, 2025 – Krystal Integrated Services Ltd (NSE: KRYSTAL, BSE: 544149) has received a major three-year contract valued around ₹168 crore from the Director of Medical Education (DME), Andhra Pradesh, to provide sanitation and housekeeping services in several districts. The news boosted its stock price more than 2% in today’s trade.
Krystal Integrated Services Ltd, listed in March 2024 and incorporated in the year 2000, engages in diversified commercial services. The organization provides facility management services of sanitation, housekeeping, and allied services with an emphasis on the government and institutional sectors. It has gradually enhanced its presence across India in healthcare and public infrastructure projects over the years.
Stock Market Reaction
At 2:14 pm IST, the shares of Krystal Integrated were at ₹663.90, higher by 2.83% compared to the day’s previous close of ₹645.60. The stock moved to a high of ₹688.70 and a low of ₹644.05 in the session. The market capitalization of the company was at ₹946.39 crore and the free float market cap at ₹283.96 crore.
Contract Details
As per the exchange filing, the contract of DME will cover institutions and hospitals within Zone-I, which comprises the East Godavari, Konaseema, Kakinada, Anakapalli, Visakhapatnam, Alluri Sitaramaraju, Parvathipuram Manyam, and Vizianagaram districts and Srikakulam. The project is worth approximately ₹168 crore not including taxes and duties and will operate for a period of three years. The project scope is facility management, sanitation, and housekeeping services, contracted under the normal course of business. The firm has made it clear that there are no related-party transactions associated with the transaction.
