Mumbai, November 19: LTIMindtree Limited has announced that it will be expanding its business through a collaboration with Microsoft. The collaboration is to ensure an increase in the adoption of Microsoft Azure and a business transformation through AI for companies worldwide.
LTIMindtree Limited (NSE: LTIM, BSE: 540005) is a global technology consulting and digital solutions company that was formed from the merger of Larsen & Toubro Infotech (LTI) and Mindtree in November 2022. As a subsidiary of the Larsen & Toubro Group, the company enables enterprises across various industries to improve their digital transformation. The company was established in 1996 and is headquartered in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Focus on Cloud Acceleration and AI at Scale
LTIMindtree is a Global Systems Integrator partner for Microsoft. Now, it is planning to ensure growth in Azure-related engagements. It will do so by offering effective solutions across cloud, data, and AI. It will help enterprises to move from AI pilots to production-level deployments. It will enhance business operations, productivity for employees, and customer engagement.
Enterprise Security Strengthened With Full Microsoft Stack
LTIMindtree has deployed Microsoft’s complete security suite internally. This includes Defender XDR, Sentinel, Intune, Windows Autopatch, and Entra ID. This is aimed at managing multi-cloud and hybrid environments securely. It also includes automatic threat detection. The company is also ensuring the adoption of internal Copilot to improve workflows and support faster decision-making.
Additional Strategic Highlights
LTIMindtree is also a featured partner for Microsoft Fabric Real-Time Intelligence. The company also provides support related to advisory and implementation across Microsoft Dynamics 365.

At the market open, LTIMindtree share price was up 0.68%, or 39 points, and was trading at ₹5,795. The traded volume stood at 17.69 thousand shares, with the company’s market capitalization at ₹1,70,659 crore.
