Mumbai, July 21 – Mahindra Logistics Ltd (NSE: MAHLOG, BSE: 540768) reported a consolidated net loss of ₹9.44 crore for Q1FY26, compared to ₹7.84 crore in Q1FY25. “While we continue to deliver steady revenue growth, profitability was impacted by elevated input costs and structural shifts in the logistics landscape. The upcoming rights issue will help us realign capital structure and invest in key areas for strategic growth.”
Strategic Outlook
Mahindra Logistics’ widening losses and rising costs reflect structural margin challenges despite consistent topline growth. The approved rights issue signals a corrective move to restore balance sheet strength.
