BSE Ltd

BSE reported a nearly three times jump in consolidated PAT to Rs 602 crore for the December quarter, driven by strong growth in equity derivatives trading, listings and mutual fund transactions. Operating revenue for the quarter stood at Rs 1,244 crore, up 62% YoY. Equity derivatives activity hit an all-time high, with 772 crore contracts traded during the quarter, generating Rs 784 crore in revenue.

PNC Infra

Standalone revenue stood at Rs 1,056.4 crore declining 14.4% YoY from Rs. 1,205 for Q3FY25. EBITDA was down by 10.3% YoY to Rs 130.1 crore and EBITDA margin stood at 12.4% in Q3FY26 vs. 12.1% in Q3FY25. Net profit stood at Rs 77 crore in Q3FY26 vs. Rs 82 crore in Q3FY25 (-7.1% YoY).

Navin Fluorine International

Overall numbers were very strong in the quarter. Total revenue for the quarter grew 47.2% YoY at Rs 892.4cr as against estimate of Rs 809cr. EBITDA margin expanded 1020bps YoY at 34.5% as against expectation of 31.3%. Other Income was up 48.4% YoY at Rs 15.6cr. Net profit surged 122% YoY at Rs 185.4cr. HPP revenue grew 35% YoY at Rs 412cr. Specialty chemicals revenue increased 60% YoY at Rs 354cr. CDMO business grew 61% YoY at Rs 127cr. EPS for the quarter stood at Rs 36.1 and it stood at Rs 88.9 for 9MFY26. At CMP, thestock trades at 40x FY28E EPS.

Bata India Ltd Q3FY26 results: Review

Bata India reported inline numbers with estimates in Q3FY26. leading to strong EBIDTA performance backed by sales and margin growth. Its consolidated revenue grew 2.8% YoY to Rs 945 crore in Q3FY25. The company’s EBITDA stood at Rs 212 crore vs. Rs 199 crore in Q3FY25 and EBITDA margin increased 70 YoY basis to 22.4% in Q3FY26. The company’s net profit (adj) rose 12.6% YoY to Rs 66 crore in Q3FY26 driven by premiumization and product levers delivering momentum

Bharti Airtel

Bharti Airtel is aiming to increase its data centre market share in India, as it plans to scale capacity to about 1 gigawatt in the next three-four years from 120-130 megawatts now.

Reliance Inds

Euler Motors, a leader in the electric commercial vehicle space and Jio-bp (the operating brand of Reliance BP Mobility Limited, a joint venture of Reliance Industries and bp), a leading provider of EV charging services and solutions, today signed an Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to collaborate on expanding EV charging infrastructure across high-demand logistics hubs in India./

The Ramco Cements

The Ramco Cements reported revenue of Rs.2,106 cr., up 6% year on year and down 6% quarter on quarter. It reported operating profit of Rs.280 cr. and margin of 13%. Its net profit stood at Rs.386 cr. from a profit of Rs.182 cr. in the previous year and a profit of Rs.78 cr. In previous quarter.

Sansera Engineering

Sansera Engineering posted a strong Q3FY26, with consolidated revenue up 25% YoY to Rs 908 crore and EBITDA growing 29% YoY to Rs 164 crore. PAT increased by 24% YoY to Rs 69 crore. The company highlighted significant growth in international business (+59.9% YoY) and its non-automotive segment (+127.9% YoY). Strategic moves include inaugurating a new plant and forming a 60% stake joint venture with Japan’s Nichidai Corporation for advanced automotive components.

Enviro Infra

Consolidated revenue stood at Rs 250 crore growing by 1% YoY. EBITDA was up by 26% YoY to Rs 67.7 crore and EBITDA margin stood at 27.1% in Q3FY26 vs. 21.8% in Q3FY25. Net profit stood at Rs 42.1 crore in Q3FY26 vs. Rs 36.7 crore in Q3FY25 (14.7% YoY).

Man Industries

Net profit of Man Industries (India) rose 61.31% to Rs 55.04 crore in the quarter ended December 2025 as against Rs 34.12 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2024. Sales rose 13.45% to Rs 830.38 crore in the quarter ended December 2025 as against Rs 731.94 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2024.

KRN Heat exchanger

The company reported 65.09% jump in consolidated net profit to Rs 22.66 crore on a 33.29% increase in total income to Rs 155.09 crore in Q3 FY26 as compared with Q3 FY25.

Pfizer

Overall performance was strong in the quarter. Revenue for the quarter 19.9% YoY at Rs 645cr. Operating margin expanded 830bps YoY at 35.4%. Net profit was up 11.2% YoY at Rs 141.85cr. Exceptional loss for the quarter was at Rs 58.2cr. PBT before exceptional items was higher by 45% YoY at Rs 250.2cr. EPS for the quarter stood at Rs 31 and it stood at Rs 114.2 for 9MFY26. At CMP, the stock trades at 28x FY28E EPS.

Aarti Pharmalabs

Overall performance was below expectations in the quarter. Revenue for the quarter declined 19.6% YoY at Rs 432.3cr as against estimate of Rs 547cr. Operating margin contracted 30bps YoY at 23.65% as against expectation of 24.4%. Net profit was down 35.2% YoY at Rs 47.95cr partially impacted by lower other income. Exceptional loss for the quarter was at Rs 2.8cr. EPS for the quarter stood at Rs 5.29 and it stood at Rs 13.82 for 9MFY26. At CMP, the stock trades at 20.5x FY28E EPS.

Privi Speciality Chemicals

Overall performance was strong in the quarter. Revenue for the quarter grew 23% YoY at Rs 604.7cr. Operating margin improved 200bps YoY at 25%. Operating profit was higher by 34.2% YoY at Rs 151.4cr. Net profit increased 75.7% YoY at Rs 78cr.

ISGEC Heavy Engg.

Overall performance was strong in the quarter. Revenue for the quarter increased 16.3% YoY at Rs 1738.6cr. Operating profit was up 47.3% YoY at Rs 193.8cr. Net profit increased 76.3% YoY at Rs 97.5cr. Exceptional loss for the quarter was at Rs 16.5cr.

GlaxoSmithKline Pharma

Revenue for the quarter grew 9.7% YoY at Rs 1041.3cr. Operating profit was up 27.2% YoY at Rs 371.4cr. EBIDTA margin improved 490bps to 35.7% driven by better gross margin and operating leverage. Net profit was up 28.6% YoY at Rs 295.6cr. Oncology business is gaining traction, led by specialised therapies Jemperli (Dostarlimab) and Zejula (Niraparib).

Supriya Lifescience

Overall result was in-line with expectations for the quarter. Revenue for the quarter grew 11.2% YoY at Rs 206.4cr as against estimate of Rs 211cr. EBITDA margin contracted 60bps YoY at 34.9% as compared to expectation of 34%. High degree of backward integration helps the company to enjoy superior operating margin. Net profit was up 6.2% YoY at Rs 49.7cr. Capacity utilization stood at 76% as of Dec-2025. EPS for the quarter stood at Rs 6.17 and it stood at Rs 16.76 for 9MFY26. At CMP, the stock trades at 22x FY28E EPS.

RailTel Corporation

Company received an order worth Rs 454.95 crore from Dy. Cste/Project/Jbp, West Central Railway. It is expected to get completed by Sep-2028.

Ipca Labs

Company’s new greenfield Drug Intermediates/Active Pharmaceuticals Ingredients (APIs) manufacturing facility set up with a capital outlay of about Rs 182 crores at Village Hingani, District- Wardha has commenced commercial production.

Ceigall India

The company has received a Letter of Award (LoA) from Rewa Ultra Mega Solar for the development of Unit 1, with a capacity of 220 MW, at Morena Solar Park in Madhya Pradesh. The project value stands at Rs 1,700 crore.

Marico

The company’s subsidiary, Marico South East Asia Corporation (MSEA), has entered into definitive agreements to make a strategic investment in Vietnam-incorporated Skinetiq Joint Stock Company. Skinetiq owns the digital-first, science-backed skincare brand Candid and also holds exclusive distribution rights in Vietnam for the luxury clinical skincare brand Murad. As part of the strategic investment, MSEA will acquire a 75 percent stake in Skinetiq from its existing shareholders for Rs 261.6 crore. Upon completion of the acquisition, Skinetiq will become a subsidiary of MSEA and, consequently, a subsidiary of the company.

Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers

Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Hindustan Shipyard to form a consortium aimed at undertaking a large-scale, strategically significant national shipbuilding programme.

Gravita India

The company has signed a binding term sheet for the proposed acquisition of an equity stake of up to 100 percent in Rasthriya Metal Industries through a share purchase agreement for Rs 565 crore.

NTPC Green Energy

The company has declared commercial operations of the eleventh part capacity of 14.43 MW out of the 1,255 MW Khavda-I Solar PV project in Gujarat. The current commercial capacity of the NTPC Green Energy Group stands at 8,813.25 MW. With the addition of this capacity, the total installed capacity of the NTPC Green Energy Group will increase to 8,827.68 MW.

Ambuja Cements

The National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad (NCLT Ahmedabad), has pronounced an order sanctioning the Scheme of Arrangement between Sanghi Industries and Ambuja Cements.

Adani Enterprises

The Rights Issue Committee of the Board has approved and fixed February 13 as the record date for ascertaining eligible shareholders of partly paid-up equity shares to whom the Second and Final Call notice for the payment of Rs 450 per rights equity share will be issued.

Aurobindo Pharma

Overall performance was in-line with expectations in the quarter. Revenue for the quarter grew 8.4% YoY at Rs 8646cr as against estimate of Rs 8537cr. Operating margin improved 70bps YoY at 20.5% as against expectation of 20.3%. Net profit was up 7.6% YoY at Rs 909.8cr. Other Income was up 19.3% YoY at Rs 187.6cr. R&D expenses were at Rs 409cr or 4.7% of sales in Q3FY26. US sales grew 2% YoY at Rs 3739cr. Europe revenue grew increased 27% YoYat Rs 2703cr. Total API sales declined 4% YoY at Rs 963cr. EPS for the quarter stood at Rs 15.67 and it stood at Rs 44.5 for 9M FY26. At CMP, the stock trades at 16x FY28E EPS
