IndiaMart Intermesh
Revenue grew 13.4% at Rs 402 crore vs. Rs 354 crore. EBITDA was down 3%YoY at Rs 134 crore. Operating margin was at 33.4% vs. 39%. Net profit was up 55.6% at Rs 188 crore vs. Rs 121 crore. Other Income came in at Rs 135.4 crore vs. Rs 45 crore, a year ago.
Rallis India
Company reported 19.3% YoY growth in revenue at Rs 623 crore. EBITDA was up 31.8% YoY at Rs 58 crore. Net profit declined 81.8% YoY at Rs 2 crore. PBT before exceptional items increased 89.5% YoY at Rs 36 crore. There was volume-led growth across business in the quarter. Crop Care business registered healthy growth supported by improved field activity, customer engagement, and traction in key products.
SRF
Revenue for the quarter grew 6% YoY at Rs 3611.5 crore. EBITDA was up 26% YoY at Rs 780 crore. Net profit was up 59.7% YoY at Rs 433 crore. Exceptional loss for the quarter stood at Rs 73.2 crore. Finance cost declined 32% YoY at Rs 65.5 crore.
HPCL
Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd (HPCL) has just announced an impressive USD 3 billion agreement with Abu Dhabi National Oil Company Gas, marking a new chapter in energy collaboration. With this arrangement, HPCL emerges as the foremost customer of the UAE’s gas exports.
Persistent System Q3FY26 result review
Persistent Systems’ numbers were above expectations in Q3FY26, delivering another strong quarter, driven by significant traction in the client portfolio globally. Consolidated revenue grew 5.5% QoQ and 23.4% YoY to Rs 3,778 crore in Q3FY26, driven by broad-based growth in segments and geographies. Revenue in USD terms was up by 4.3% QoQ and17.3% YoYto US$ 422.5 mn.EBIT surged by 8.5% QoQ and 38.7% YoY to Rs 633 crore and EBIT margin increased by 40bps QoQ and 180bps YoY to 16.7% in Q3FY26. Net Profit was down 6.8% QoQ and it rose 17.8% YoY to Rs 439 crore. Net profit was impacted by one off expenses of Rs 89 crore, due to new labour code.
Gujarat Gas Q3FY26 result review
Gujarat Gas revenue was inline with estimates, and net profit was below expectations in Q3FY26. Consolidated net revenue was down by 11.9% YoY to Rs 3,658 crore in Q3FY26. EBITDA grew 17.6% YoY to Rs 447 crore in Q3FY26, and EBITDA margin increased to 12.2% in Q3FY26 vs. 9.2% in Q3FY25. Net Profit was up19.8% YoY to Rs 266 crore in Q3FY26.
Cyient DLM
Revenue for Q3 declined 31.7% YoY at Rs 303.3 crores. EBITDA (Normalized) stood at Rs 30.94 crores, with a 10.2% margin, reflecting a 207 bps improvement YoY. Normalised PAT was at Rs 13.84 crores. YTD Order Intake was over Rs 1,400 crores, representing an 87% YoY growth. Order book stood at Rs 2349 crore as of Dec-2025.
Supreme Petrochem
Company reported 10% YoY decline in revenue at Rs 1265 crore. EBITDA declined 30.3% YoY at Rs 69.2 crore. Net profit declined 58% YoY at Rs 30.2 crore. Exceptional loss for the quarter was at Rs 7.1 crore.
Restaurant Brands Asia (RBA)
Restaurant Brands Asia has greenlit a substantial capital raise plan. The board has approved the issuance and allotment of equity shares and warrants, aiming to bring in Rs 900 crore. The funds will be raised through a preferential issue to a group of investors. This will involve issuing 12.85 crore equity shares at a price of Rs 70 per share. The board also approved increasing the authorized share capital.
Credit Access Grameen
Credit Access Grameen reported a net profit of Rs 252 crore in Q3FY26 as against a net loss of Rs 100 crore in the year-ago period, helped by lower provisions. PPoP increased 9.2% YoY to Rs 681 crore. The lender however reported a higher GNPA ratio at 4.04% against 3.65% three months prior. AUM increased 7% year-on-year from to Rs 26,566 crore.
AU Small Finance Bank
The Bank reported a solid operating performance for Q3YF26, with net profit rising 26.3% YoY to Rs 668 crore, driven by strong growth in core income. NII also grew 26% to Rs 2341 crore. The bank’s asset quality showed marginal improvement, with GNPAs easing to 2.30% from 2.41% sequentially, while net NPAs remained flat at 0.88%.
Ramkrishna Forgings
The Company commenced commercial production of its new aluminium forging facility in Jharkhand on January 20, 2026, with a capacity of 3,000 TPA.`
RBL Bank
India’s fair trade regulator, CCI, has approved Emirates NBD Bank’s acquisition of a majority stake in RBL Bank. This move follows an agreement for Emirates NBD to invest approximately US$ 3 billion in RBL Bank.
Genus Power
Genus Power Infrastructures Limited signed a Share Purchase Agreement on January 20, 2026, to acquire 86.49% equity stake in Newlectric Innovation Private Limited for Rs 25.23 crores. The acquisition of 34,36,717 equity shares will make NIPL a wholly owned subsidiary, as Genus Power already holds 13.51% stake.
Delhivery
Delhivery launches its autonomous transport management system (TMS) powered by AI Agents, aimed at automatin logistics processes such as rate negotiation, shipment planning, and invoice reconciliation.
Centum Electronics
Company announced that it has received an order from GRSE for the supply of Advanced Naval Navigation Systems. The order is valued at Rs 29.4 crore (excl. taxes).
Unimech Aerospace
The company will form a joint venture in Saudi Arabia and execute a JV pact with Yusuf Bin Ahmed Kanoo Co to establish a precision machining unit in the country.
JSW Energy
JSW Thermal Energy Two Limited, a subsidiary of JSW Energy Ltd (“the Company”), has signed a Power Purchase Agreement (“PPA”) with West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (“WBSEDCL”) for a greenfield 1,600 MW (2 x 800 MW) super/ultra super critical thermal power plant and will be commissioned in Salboni, West Bengal, within 6 years.
Power Grid
The Board has approved the 3 different procurement requests of cold spare Transformers & Reactors worth Rs 401.88 Cr, Rs 166.33 Cr and Rs 345.78 Cr respectively, scheduled to be implemented within 30 months from thedate of investment approval.
