Nirlon Ltd has announced an interim dividend of ₹15 per equity share of face value ₹10 each, representing 150% for the financial year 2025–26, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE dated February 10, 2026.

The Board of Directors approved the dividend at its meeting held on Tuesday, February 10, 2026. The payout will be subject to deduction of tax at source in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.

Key Dates and Timeline

The company has fixed Friday, February 20, 2026 as the record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders for the interim dividend.

Beneficial owners holding shares in dematerialised form, as per data made available by National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) and Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) as of the close of business hours on the record date, will be entitled to receive the dividend.

Members holding shares in physical form will also be eligible, subject to valid transmission and/or transposition requests lodged with the company as of the close of business hours on February 20, 2026.

Purpose Behind the Interim Dividend

The company has not separately outlined a specific rationale for the interim dividend in its filing. Such distributions are generally declared out of accumulated profits or surplus cash, in line with applicable regulatory provisions and board approval.

The announcement was made pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Impact on Shareholders

Eligible shareholders will receive ₹15 for every one equity share of ₹10 held as on the record date. For instance, a shareholder holding 1,000 shares will be entitled to a gross dividend of ₹15,000, subject to applicable tax deduction at source.

The dividend payout does not alter the number of outstanding shares or the shareholding pattern. On the ex-dividend date, the stock price typically adjusts to reflect the cash outflow corresponding to the declared dividend, in line with standard market mechanics.
