The stock gained ₹109.05 or 16.77%, reflecting sustained buying interest following disclosures linked to solar water pumping projects under government-backed programmes.

The volume-weighted average price (VWAP) stood at ₹721.57, while traded volume reached 342 lakh shares, resulting in a traded value of ₹2,467.75 crore. The company’s total market capitalisation rose to ₹9,368.37 crore by the end of the session.
Three-Session Gain of Over 30% Linked to Back-to Back Orders
The recent price movement follows disclosures of confirmed order inflows totalling over ₹515 crore, strengthening near-term execution visibility. Over the past three trading sessions, the stock has gained more than 30%, coinciding with back-to-back updates on project awards under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Urja Suraksha evam Utthaan Mahabhiyan (PM-KUSUM) scheme. Shakti Pumps secured a ₹71.25 crore work order from Madhya Pradesh Urja Vikas Nigam Limited for the deployment of 2,033 off-grid DC solar photovoltaic water pumping systems. The order spans locations across the state and falls under Component-B of the PM-KUSUM programme, which focuses on decentralised solar solutions for agricultural irrigation.
₹443.78 Crore Maharashtra Empanelment Expands Execution Scope Within 60 Days
On 11 December 2025, the company received a Letter of Empanelment from the Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited. The empanelment covers the design, manufacture, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of off-grid DC solar photovoltaic water pumping systems, with an order value of ₹443.78 crore, inclusive of goods and services tax. The execution timeline is 60 days from the issuance of the final work order.
₹23.98 Crore Jharkhand Order Adds 1,200 Solar Water Pumping Systems With 120-Day Timeline
On 12 December 2025, Shakti Pumps disclosed receipt of its second order from Jharkhand, awarded by the Jharkhand Renewable Energy Development Agency. The ₹23.98 crore contract, inclusive of goods and services tax, covers the design, manufacture, supply, transport, installation, testing, and commissioning of 1,200 solar water pumping systems across the state. The execution period is 120 days from the date of the notice to proceed or work order, and the contract does not involve any related-party transactions.
The latest share price movement coincides with confirmed order inflows exceeding ₹500 crore under solar irrigation programmes. The disclosures highlight execution timelines, project scale, and order book size, offering clarity on near-term operational activity while reinforcing the company’s role in state and central renewable energy initiatives.
