Vedanta Raises Rs 5,000 Crore Through Private Placement Of Debentures

MUMBAI, June 5, 2025 — Vedanta Limited (NSE: VEDL, BSE: 500295) has announced the allotment of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) totaling ₹5,000 crore through a private placement, as approved by its Committee of Directors earlier today at 11:42 AM IST.
₹5,000 Crore Raised via Three Series of NCDs
The allotment includes three tranches of Indian Rupee-denominated, unsecured, redeemable, rated, and listed NCDs:
