Mumbai, 17 July 2025: 360 ONE WAM Limited (NSE: 360ONE, BSE: 542772) posted an 18% year-on-year (YoY) increase in its consolidated net profit to ₹287 crore for the quarter ended 30 June 2025 (Q1 FY26).

The company said that despite a challenging macro environment, total revenue rose 4% YoY to ₹725 crore, while revenue from operations increased 10.3% YoY to ₹662 crore. The steady rise in operational income highlights the company’s strong core momentum and adaptability across segments.

CEO and MD Karan Bhagat noted, “This quarter marks a period of strong core momentum and strategic consolidation. Our inorganic initiatives, including the B&K acquisition and UBS collaboration, have enhanced our strength across both wealth and asset management platforms.”

ARR AUM Expansion Signals High-Value Client Confidence and Retention

As of 30 June 2025, the company reported total AUM of ₹6,63,924 crore. The ARR AUM—key to recurring income—saw a 29.8% YoY jump to ₹2,87,317 crore, driven by both the wealth and asset management arms.

  • Wealth Management ARR AUM: ₹1,94,773 crore (up 38% YoY)
  • Asset Management ARR AUM: ₹92,544 crore (up 16% YoY)

During the quarter, over 200 high-net-worth families (₹10+ crore AUM) were onboarded, contributing to 95% of total wealth AUM—a clear sign of trust among India’s affluent investors.

Asset Management Segment Posts Over 25% Profit Growth YoY

Significant developments during Q1 FY26 included:

  • Completion of B&K Securities integration (effective this quarter)
  • Regulatory approvals received for the UBS partnership involving:
    • Acquisition of Credit Suisse’s broking and portfolio management businesses
    • Loan portfolio transfer to 360 ONE Prime
  • Warrant issuance to UBS AG: 2.05 crore warrants at ₹1,030 each, with regulatory nods completed
  • Dividend disbursed: Interim dividend of ₹6/share (₹236.22 crore paid in Q1)

Standalone PAT Rises 320% YoY Backed by Strong Subsidiary Dividend Income

The company’s standalone financial performance was also strong, buoyed by dividend income of ₹150.87 crore from subsidiaries.
