GNG Electronics

GNG Electronics Limited reported a stellar Q3 FY26, with revenue climbing 40.3% YoY to ₹487.2 Cr and PAT soaring 102.8% to ₹38.7 Cr. EBITDA surged 70.5% YoY to ₹54.6 Cr, with margins improving to 11.2%. Revenue from operations for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, surged by 40.3% to ₹487.2 Cr. The company attributes growth to sustained demand for refurbished enterprise grade devices, driven by AI adoption and supply chain constraints.

Poly Medicure

Poly Medicure Operational performance was lower than expectations. Revenue for the quarter increased 16.4% YoY at Rs 493.7cr as against expectation of Rs 500cr. EBITDA was down 3% YoY at Rs 111cr. Operating margin slipped 350bps YoY at 22.5% as compared to expectation of 25.2%. Employee costs surged 51% YoY at Rs 115.2cr. Domestic revenue grew 16.2% YoY at Rs 146.6cr. Europe business increased 25.7% YoY at Rs 162cr. RoW sales were up 9.5% YoY at Rs 180.6cr. Net profit was down 16.7% YoY at Rs 70.9cr. Other Income was up 21% YoY at Rs 26.3cr. Exceptional loss for the quarter was at Rs 6.8cr. EPS for the quarter stood at Rs 7 and it was at Rs 25.2 for 9MFY26. At CMP, the stock trades at 29.5x FY28E EPS.

Blackbuck

Blackbuck reported revenue of Rs.169 cr., up 50% year on year and up 13% quarter on quarter. It reported operating profit of Rs.45 cr. and margin of 27%. Its net profit stood at Rs.32 cr. from a loss of Rs.48 cr. in the previous year and a profit of Rs.31 cr. In previous quarter.

Hindustan Copper

Hindustan Copper reported revenue of Rs.687 cr., up 109% year on year and down 4%quarter on quarter. It reported operating profit of Rs.245 cr. and margin of 36%. Its net profit stood at Rs.156 cr. from a profit of Rs.63 cr. in the previous year and a profit of Rs.186 cr. In previous quarter.

Archean Chemical

Archean Chemical reported weak set of numbers for the quarter. Revenue for the quarter grew 5% YoY at Rs 254.6cr. EBITDA for the quarter was down 32% YoY at Rs 54.4cr. Operating margin was down 1160bps YoY at 21.3%. Net profit was down 50.7% YoY at Rs 23.6cr. Other Income was down21.5% YoY at Rs 7cr. EPS for the quarter stood at Rs 1.92 and it was at Rs 7.53 for 9MFY26. At CMP, the stock trades at 26.5x FY28E EPS.

Healthcare Global Enterprises (HCG)

Revenue for the quarter grew 13.3% YoY at Rs 633cr. EBITDA was up 24% YoY at Rs 109.6cr. Net loss stood at Rs 9.4cr vs. net profit of Rs 7cr in Q3FY25. Exceptionalloss for the quarter was at Rs 12.7cr. Net debt (ex-leases) stood at Rs 773cr vs. Rs 632cr as of March-2025. At CMP, the stock trades at 16x FY28E EV/EBITDA.

Viyash Scientific

Revenue for the quarter grew 10.9% YoY at Rs 858.4cr. EBITDA increased 76% YoY at Rs 175.5cr. Net profit was down 13.9% YoY at Rs 38.4cr. Other Income was higher by 112% YoY at Rs 14cr. Exceptional loss for the quarter was at Rs 41.3cr.

Suraksha Diagnostics

Revenue for the quarter grew 30.6% YoY at Rs 77.7cr. EBITDA increased 26.8% YoY at Rs 23.2cr. Operating margin was down 90bps YoY at 29.8%. Net profit was up 22.3% YoY at Rs 7.52cr. EPS for the quarter stood at Rs 1.44 and it was at Rs 4.97 for 9MFY26. At CMP, the stock trades at 28.5x FY28E EPS.

Rishabh Instruments

Revenue for the quarter grew 1.3% YoY at Rs 183.6cr. EBITDA increased 119.6% YoY at Rs 31.4cr. Operating margin expanded 920bps YoY at 17.1%. Net profit surged 139% YoY at Rs 20cr. Other Income was up 11% YoY at Rs 5.6cr. EPS for the quarter stood at Rs 5.17 and it was at Rs 16 for 9MFY26. At CMP, the stock trades at 16.5x FY28E EPS.

The Andhra Sugars

Overall result was slightly better than expectations. Revenue for the quarter grew 23.5% YoY at Rs 631.3cr. EBITDA was up 140% YoY at Rs 51.4cr. Operating margin expanded 400bps YoY however contracted 90bps QoQ at 8.15%. Net profit stood at Rs 22.35cr as against Rs 0.8cr in Q3FY25. EPS for the quarter stood at Rs 1.59 and it was at Rs 5.73 for 9MFY26. At CMP, the stock trades at 9.5x FY27E EPS.

Dhanuka Agritech

Overall performance was weak in the quarter. Revenue for the quarter declined 7.9% YoY at Rs 410cr as against expectation of Rs 454cr. EBITDA was down 22.6% YoY at Rs 58.5cr. Operating margin slipped 270bps YoY at 14.3% as compared to expectation of 15.8%. Net profit was down 27.3% YoY at Rs 40cr. Other Income was higher by 15.7% YoY at Rs 8.2cr. EPS for the quarter stood at Rs 8.87 and it was at Rs 42 for 9MFY26. At CMP, thestock trades at 13.5x FY28E EPS.

FDC Ltd.

Overall result was slightly lower than expectations. Revenue for the quarter remained flat YoY at Rs 464.7cr. EBITDA was up 12% YoY at Rs 52.3cr. Operating margin improved 110bps YoY at 11.25%. Net profit was down 23.5% YoY at Rs 28.3cr. Other Income was higher by 10.5% YoY at Rs 20.8cr. Exceptional loss for the quarter was at Rs 20.8cr. Board recommended dividend of Rs 5 per share for FY26. EPS for the quarter stood at Rs 1.74 and it was at Rs 10.93 for 9MFY26. At CMP, the stock trades at 20x FY28E EPS.

Caplin Point Laboratories

Overall result was in-line with expectations. Revenue for the quarter grew 10.1% YoY at Rs 542.8cr as compared to expectation of Rs 547cr. EBITDA was up 17% YoY at Rs 189.8cr. Operating margin improved 200bps YoY at 35%. Net profit increased 18% YoY at Rs 164cr. Other Income was up 7.3% YoY at Rs 33.7cr. R&Dexpenses were at Rs 67cr or 4.2% of sales for 9MFY26. Company has approval for 55 products in the US market while has a strong pipeline of > 55 products in the next 3 years. EPS for the quarter stood at Rs 21.5 and it was at Rs 61.8 for 9MFY26. At CMP, thestock trades at 19x FY28E EPS.

Marksans Pharma

Overall result was better than expectations. Revenue for the quarter grew 10.6% YoY at Rs 754.4cr. EBITDA was up 23.1% YoY at Rs 160.8cr. Operating margin improved 210bps YoY and 120bps QoQ at 21.3%. Gross margin was higher by190bpsYoY at 58.1%. Net profit was up 8.2% YoY at Rs 113.2cr. Other Income was down 44.3% YoY at Rs 20.1cr. US sales increased 17% YoY at Rs 412.4cr. UK & Europe sales remained flat YoY at Rs 258.2cr. EPS for the quarter stood at Rs 2.5 and it was at Rs 5.95 for 9MFY26. At CMP, thestock trades at 16.5x FY28E EPS.

HAL

Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd (HAL) issued a clarification stating that five Light Combat Aircraft (LCA Mk1A) are “fully ready” for delivery and incorporate all specifications required under the contract.

Uno Minda

Uno Minda has announced plans to invest Rs 764 crore in establishing a new 4W manufacturing plant in Maharashtra. This major expansion initiative represents a significant capital expenditure aimed at enhancing the company’s manufacturing capabilities and market presence in the automotive sector.

Hero Motocorp

Hero MotoCorp announced a strong financial performance for Q3FY26, with revenue reaching Rs 12,328 Crore, a 21% increase. Normalized PAT stood at Rs 1,439 Crore, up by 20%. EBITDA stood at Rs 1810 crore reflecting a growth of 23%. The company declared an interim dividend of Rs 110 per share. Key investments include Rs 275 crore in Euler Motors.

Life Insurance Corporation

The Company reported standalone PAT of Rs 12,958 crore, a rise of nearly 17%. Net premium income stood at Rs 1.26 lakh crore, compared with Rs 1.07 lakh crore in the corresponding quarter last year. On the persistency front, the 13th-month persistency ratio improved to 69.36%, compared with 68.61% a year earlier. However, the 61st month persistency ratio eased to 54.63%, down from 59.69% a year ago.

Tata Motors PV

Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Ltd. (TMPVL) reported a net loss of Rs 3,486 crore for the October-December period, led by multiple one-offs. Revenue for the quarter increased by 25% from the same quarter last year to Rs 15,268 crore. JLR’s revenue for the quarter fell 39% from last year to £4.5 billion, driven by a reduction in wholesale volumes. The company has maintained its EBIT margin guidance for 0% to 2% in financial year 2026 and free cash outflow to be between £2.2 billion to £2.5 billion.

Reliance Inds

Reliance Industries has made a bold move by purchasing two million barrels of oil from Venezuela, marking their first foray into the Venezuelan market in nearly a year. The acquisition, facilitated by the trading company Vitol, ensures supply for April delivery, at a competitive discount relative to ICE Brent prices.

Indian Oil Corporation Ltd (IOCL) Q3FY26 results: Review

IOCL numbers were above expectations in Q3FY26. Standalone net revenue was up by 5.4% YoY to Rs 204,421 crore and EBITDA increased to Rs 20,821 crore in Q3FY26 vs. Rs 7,117 crore in Q3FY25. The company reported a net profit of Rs 12,126 crore in Q3FY26 vs. Rs 2,874 crore in Q3FY25. Average Gross Refining Margin (GRM) for the period April- December 2025 is $8.41 per bbl (April- December 2024: $3.69 per bbl). The core GRM or the current price GRM for the period April- December 2025 after offsetting inventory loss/ gain comes to $9.86 per bbl.

Bharti Airtel Ltd Q3FY26 results: Review

Bharti Airtel’s numbers were above expectations in Q3FY26, and the company maintained industry-leading growth. The company has strong business momentum led by leading operational indicators. Consolidated revenue grew by 19.6% YoY to Rs 53,982 crore in Q3FY26, driven by rapidly increasing demand for data, rise in tariff prices, premiumization and CPaaS (Communication Platform as a Service). EBITDA was up 25.2% YoY to Rs 30,783 crore and EBITDA margin ramped up 250 bps YoY to 57% in Q3FY26. Net Profit stood at Rs 8,760 crore in Q3FY26 vs. Rs 8,589 crore in Q3FY25 and PAT margin stood at 16.2% in Q3FY26. Average revenue per user (ARPU) continued to be best in industry as Q3FY26, on QoQ basis, stood at Rs 259 in Q3FY26 vs. Rs 256 in Q2FY26, Rs 245 in Q3FY25, on a comparable basis.

Bharti Hexacom Ltd Q3FY26 results: Review

Bharti Hexacom revenue was inline and net profit was above expectations Q3FY26. Consolidated revenue grew by 4.9% YoY to Rs 2,360 crore in Q3FY26, driven by rapidly increasing demand for data, and a rise in tariff. EBITDA was up 8.9% YoY to Rs 1,254 crore and EBITDA margin ramped up 53.2% in Q3FY26 vs. 51.2% in Q3FY25. Net Profit grew 81.6% YoY to Rs 474 crore in Q3FY26, supported by lower finance costs and lower tax expenses. PAT margin stood at 20.1% in Q3FY26 vs. 11.6% in Q3FY25. Mobile Average revenue per user (ARPU) increased to Rs 253 in Q3FY26 vs. Rs 251 in Q2FY26, and Rs 241 in Q3FY25.

Berger Paints

Q3FY26 Result: Revenue increased 0.3% to Rs 2,984 crore Vs Rs 2,975 crore. Profit fell 8.3% to Rs 271.4 crore Vs Rs 296 crore YoY. Exceptional loss stood at Rs 53.31 crore Vs Nil YoY

Nykaa

The company reported a multifold increase in consolidated net profit to Rs 63.31 crore for the quarter ended December 2025. The company’s revenue from operations rose 26.73 per cent to Rs 2,873.26 crore in Q3 FY26 compared to Rs 2,267.21 crore in Q3 FY25. The group accounted for an exceptional item of Rs 16.36 crore during the quarter. Consolidated GMV stood at Rs 5,795 crore, reflecting a 28% YoY growth

Federal Bank

The Reserve Bank of India has granted approval to Asia II TopCo XIII Pte to acquire an aggregate holding of up to 9.99 percent of the paid-up share capital or voting rights of Federal Bank.

UltraTech Cement

The company announced the commissioning of an additional grinding capacity of 2.7 mtpa at its Aligarh unit in Uttar Pradesh. With this commissioning, the total cement grinding capacity of the Aligarh unit now stands at 4.0 mtpa, increasing the company’s capacity in Uttar Pradesh to 13.1 mtpa. With this addition, UltraTech’s total domestic grey cement manufacturing capacity stands at 191.36 mtpa. Along with its overseas capacity of 5.4 mtpa, the company’s global capacity now stands at 196.76 mtpa.

Suzlon Energy

Revenue from operations rose 42.4% YoY to Rs 4,236 crore in Q3FY26, as company executed highest even WTG deliveries in a quarter. EBITDA grew 48% YoY/2.3%% QoQ to Rs 738.3 crore, while Profit Before Tax (PBT) increased 45% YoY to Rs 566.6 Cr but PBT margins declined to 13.4% against 14.5% in Q2FY26. PAT for the quarter came Rs 445.1 Cr (+15%/-65.2% YoY/QoQ) Wind Turbine Generator business noticed growth of 52.6%/10% YoY/QoQ. EBIT grew multi-fold to Rs 442.6 Cr in Q3FY26, clocking 95.8% YoY growth. O&M Services revenue grew to Rs 629.2 Cr v/s 580.5 Cr in Q3FY25 (+8.4% YoY), while EBIT fell by-3.9% YoY to Rs 188.9 Cr.
